Here is the method we used
Easy Bread:
Preheat oven to 180°c
Step 1 - 1 1/2 c of plain flour
2 - 1 packet of yeast
3 - 1/2 c of warm water
4 - 1 tbsp sugar
5 - whisk together
1/2 c of milk with 1 egg
6 - 1/2 tsp of salt
7 - mix well and divide into 4 round bread
8 - Bake for 20 mins, 0°c, then 200°c 5 mins
